Price List for Quote Building

  • Less than 10-day trip: $100

  • 10–14 days: $150

  • 14–21 days: $200

  • 21 days or more: $350

  • One-on-one with quote review: $100

  • 1-hour webinar for a group/agency team: $250

Partnership Options

Option 1: I Build the Quote, You Do the Booking and Keep the Client

  • Who owns the client: You

  • Planning fee: None, but you’ll pay me a fee to build the quote

  • Intake: You gather info from the client using my suggested questions

  • Quote: I’ll create an Expedia or FunJet quote (your choice) with 3–5 hotel options per city, plus flights and activity suggestions

  • Access to Client-Only Section of my website: No

  • Pre-Departure call: No

  • 24/7 in-destination support: No

  • Booking responsibility: You book through your preferred vendor (I recommend Expedia for Japan)

  • After travel: Client remains yours

Option 2: I Take the Client (This Trip Only)

  • Who owns the client: Me (for this trip only — then I send them back)

  • Planning fee: $350–$500 (sometimes $200 if the client books all activities)

  • Intake: I do a 1-hour Zoom with the client

  • Quote: Full custom quote including hotels, flights, and activities

  • Access to Client-Only Section: Yes

  • Pre-Departure call: Yes

  • 24/7 in-destination support: Yes (directly from me, not a call center)

  • Booking responsibility: I book hotels + flights; my activities specialist/assistant handles activities and transfers

  • After travel: I check in post-trip, then send them back to you

Option 3: Shared Client (Travelmation Agents Only)
For fellow Travelmation agents, I’m happy to share the client.

  • Who owns the client: Shared (you as their trusted advisor, me as the Japan expert)

  • Planning fee: I collect my planning fee (not shared) from the client before I start on their quote

  • Intake: I do the intake Zoom, though you’re welcome to join us!

  • Quote: I build the Japan quote; bookings are split as evenly as possible (not bundled into one package)

  • Access to Client-Only Section: Yes

  • Pre-Departure call: Yes — to get them ready to BE in Japan, not just GO to Japan

  • 24/7 in-destination support: Yes (directly from me)

  • Booking responsibility: Bookings split as evenly as possible between us

  • After travel: I check in post-trip, then send them back to you
