What It's Like to Work With Me
Step 1: Fill Out a Quote Request
Your journey starts by submitting a quote request form. This helps me gather some basic information about your travel hopes, timeline, and priorities before we ever hop on a call.
Step 2: Schedule a Zoom Consultation
After submitting your form, you’ll book a Zoom call with me. This is where the magic starts! We'll dig deep into what you're envisioning — from where you want to stay to what experiences you’re excited about.
Step 3: Join My Client List
After our Zoom call, you’ll be added to my list of clients waiting for a custom quote.
I personally craft each Japan proposal, allowing me to maintain the high level of service you deserve.
Step 4: Receive Your Custom Quote
You’ll receive a carefully prepared quote including your flights and hotel options — but no activities yet.
(Activities are planned once your hotels are locked in, so we can perfectly match logistics to your stay.)
Step 5: Choose Your Hotels
After reviewing your proposal, you’ll select your preferred hotels and email me your choices.
I intentionally give you options so you feel empowered and excited about the decisions shaping your trip.
Step 6: Book Your Trip
Once I have your hotel selections, I’ll schedule time to complete your booking.
Before I finalize anything, I’ll reprice your trip (in case there have been any updates) and send you a credit card authorization form.
Step 7: Move to Activity Planning
Once your major bookings are complete, you’ll move over to my assistant Alex’s inbox.
Alex will work hand-in-hand with you to curate a customized itinerary of activities, day trips, and experiences through trusted platforms like Klook, Viator, GetYourGuide, and Project Expedition.

We do not book dining reservations, spa appointments, medical services, Ghibli Museum tickets, Pokémon Café, or Kirby Café reservations.

Step 8: Final Countdown — Pre-Departure Call
About two weeks before you leave, we’ll schedule a Pre-Departure Call.
We’ll walk through your itinerary day by day, review tips and tricks for traveling in Japan, and answer any questions you have to ensure you feel 100% ready and confident.

When you travel with a custom Japan itinerary planned by me, you’re never alone.
You’ll have access to your full itinerary in a dedicated mobile app, making it easy to view hotel details, confirmation numbers, and more — all in one place, even offline.
