How to Book Japan Masterclass
This masterclass is designed for travel advisors who want to plan Japan with confidence, cultural respect, and informed judgment—without guessing, scrambling, or relying on fragmented information.
Japan isn’t a destination you can plan well by memorizing hotel lists or copying someone else’s itinerary. It requires context, decision-making, and an understanding of why things work the way they do.
That’s what this training is built to teach.
You’ll Learn How to
Think through Japan itineraries with purpose
Understand pacing, routing, and regional flow
Evaluate client fit and expectations realistically
Make planning decisions based on culture, logistics, and lived experience—not trends
Speak about Japan with confidence to clients and peers
This is not about shortcuts.
It’s about learning how to think like a Japan planner.

New for This Session: Tokyo Disney Resort Training
Japan travel doesn’t stop at cities and rail routes—and neither does my training.
This session includes the option to add How to Book Tokyo Disney Resort, a dedicated training focused on one of the most misunderstood and improperly sold pieces of Japan travel.
This class is designed specifically for travel advisors and covers:
How Tokyo Disney Resort actually works (and how it differs from U.S. parks)
Ticketing, hotels, access strategies, and client expectations
How to confidently plan TDR as part of a larger Japan itinerary
Advisors enrolled in Main Cabin or First Class receive a $150 discount on the Tokyo Disney Resort class, and the same discount is extended to past masterclass alumni.
Important Dates:
April 25, 2026 12:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Enrollment Closes: April 22, 2026
The Main Cabin tier is for advisors who are ready to really learn Japan and want to understand why things work the way they do, not just what to book.
This is where you build real planning confidence.
You’ll learn how to think through Japan itineraries with intention, cultural awareness, and logistical clarity—so you’re no longer guessing or piecing things together from scattered sources.
This tier gives you the full educational foundation of my Japan planning approach, along with the context and repetition needed to apply it correctly across different clients and trip styles.
What’s Included:
Full live 6-week Japan Planning Masterclass
Deep-dive teaching on how I approach Japan planning, pacing, routing, and decision-making
Case studies and weekly homework to apply what you’re learning in real scenarios
Access to class recordings so you can revisit concepts as needed
Downloadable guides and resources that support the live sessions
A structured learning experience designed to help you plan Japan thoughtfully and consistently
A $150 discount on the Tokyo Disney Resort class April 25th
What This Tier Is (and Isn’t):
This is about knowledge, judgment, and understanding—not scripts or shortcuts
You’ll gain clarity and confidence, but you’re still doing the thinking and planning yourself
You’ll leave knowing how to approach Japan trips correctly, not just copy someone else’s work
If you want a strong, repeatable foundation for planning Japan well, Main Cabin is where that work happens.
Tokyo Disney Resort operates under its own set of rules, systems, and planning expectations — and it does not mirror Walt Disney World or general Japan travel.
This one-day intensive workshop is designed for travel advisors who want to confidently plan and sell Tokyo Disney Resort without relying on guesswork, trial and error, or incomplete information.
During this live virtual session, we will focus exclusively on the planning elements unique to Tokyo Disney Resort, including ticketing and entry systems, hotel selection, transportation logistics, park flow, and realistic itinerary pacing. The goal is clarity — so you can guide clients with confidence and set expectations correctly from the very beginning.
This workshop is intended as a specialty, application-focused training. It complements the How to Book Japan Masterclass but does not replace it. No foundational Japan travel concepts are covered.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
How Tokyo Disney Resort actually works — and why it’s different
Ticketing, entry requests, and access systems
On-site vs. off-site hotels and how to choose
Transportation, luggage delivery, and arrival flow
Park pacing, timing, and realistic itineraries
How to support families, first-time visitors, and hesitant clients
The Companion Pass exists because cost alone shouldn’t be the reason an advisor who genuinely wants to learn how to plan Japan is shut out of the room.
This option is for advisors who are in a tight financial season but are still committed to showing up, learning thoughtfully, and doing this work with care and respect for the destination.
What’s Included:
Live access to the first two weeks of the How to Book Japan Masterclass
Real-time teaching and context around how I approach planning Japan
The option to continue into Main Cabin or First Class afterward
Full credit of what you’ve paid applied toward an upgrade if you choose to continue
What’s Not Included
Recordings or replays
Slide decks, guides, or handouts
Templates, worksheets, or downloads
Alumni access or future discounts
Access beyond the initial two-week period
No questions asked. No justification needed.
Just send what you can, when you can.
What Agents Are Saying
“The class was really helpful. There was so much information disseminated, and it was all great stuff. It was especially nice to have a list of all of the hotels you suggested. It was also great to see how you give that information to your clients, and it is one area I need to improve on to make it more engaging. Thanks for making this available. Your willingness to help other agents is remarkable.”
“I appreciated the show and tell. It helps to solidify what we are learning. Thanks!”
“I just wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart. The way you teach is something special—clear, engaging, and full of energy. You have this amazing gift for making things easy to understand while still keeping it fun. Your patience, thoughtfulness, and the effort you put into guiding us really stood out to me. You’ve honestly been one of the most inspiring and impactful mentors I’ve had in the travel industry. I walked away feeling more confident and excited about what I do—and that’s thanks to you. Wish the were more mentors like you in the Industry. I particularly liked your down to earth, very friendly style :-)”
“I loved the fact that you allowed us to ask questions specific to our clientele. Plus I loved the conversation between all participants sharing their experiences. The first class encouraged me to think through items clients need to know “Before You Travel.” ”
“Very good class. You obviously know the material!”
